"Same person has been cutting my hair for 10 years, every4 to 6 weeks. Thats roughly 50 hair cuts. I've never asked for anything special.... I've always waited or come back later or another day if shes busy. I always tip well....and she always does a great job. well she lost me as a customer today. I have an interview tomorrow and I asked to get squeezed in. 1st time I've ever been asked to be squeezed in and she can't accommodate me. I guess the "no appointment needed" sign is a joke. I even moved to another side of town and make the trip over..... well, time to find another spot closer to home. Awful awful awful. You don't treat your regulars like that at 2pm on a Wednesday. FIND THE 20 MINS. BYE!"

"Pleasure having Diane cut my hair. She’s super sweet and great at layering hair. This is not your fancy salon but the price is very reasonable and i can tell she has regulars that keep coming back."

"Soooo disappointed! I came in for a fill and wanted an ombre. Couldn't get the ombre so I settled for a solid polish with a few jewels on my ring fingers. The jewels looked bad so I left with a plain polish and even that looks terrible! I got my nails done for brunch and I'm so embarrassed of them."
