"First time at this location and I went off reviews and booked a cut with Kathryn. She was fantastic! I tried my best to describe the changes I was going for but it was hard to articulate my vision. She caught on exactly what I meant and gave me face framing layers and curtain bangs that worked wonderfully with my natural wave. I have heavy thick hair and she managed to leave it feeling light without too much loss of length. She walked me through products and was very knowledgeable. All in all it was a fun experience and I'd definitely come back, highly recommend."

I booked an appointment with Sade. She thoroughly described the prices of everything beforehand to me. She was so friendly, detail-oriented, and meticulous. I was there for a couple of hours and the process never felt rushed at all, like I have frequently experienced at other hair salons. I never felt in the dark about what she was doing with my hair.
