"I am highly upset on how I was treated at this shop. I got to my appointment on time Ms Dorcee was not on time. Then she switched me to another hairstylist name Ms. Sonia she stopped in the middle of doing my hair to do someone else hair for an hour. She continued to stop and go outside, texting on her phone the entire time , taking personal calls. It took her 10hours and 30mins to do my hair I was there 10-830 . Not to mention I pulled up right on time with another women who hair was finished 3hours before mine. Unprofessional. Not to mention my hair is not long at all little longer than a pixie cut."

"1st time out of several times I have come to this location that the service was horrible. My hair would get started on but because later appointments came in and no one was to service them my hair would get stopped or my daughters hair would get stopped to start on someone else’s hair when we were the first people in the shop. We sat at the shop for a total of 7.5hrs for box braids. On the wall it says hair included however I was told to go to the beauty supply store to pay for my hair because of the length, but the wall did not say if the length exceeds that they would not supply the hair. The ladies in the shop did not have the cash to purchase the hair therefore I had to buy my own hair. They do not treat the NSU students the same as regular paying customers therefore they will have you waiting or over charge you. For instance my hair is pretty much shaved on both sides and the back but I was charged $140 and I paid $15 for my hair, over charged and again I had to wait in between other clients to be serviced. My 10yr old daughters hair was box braids waist length charged $160 (a child's head) again she had to wait as well in between other clients getting served. This shop needs to be reported for inconsistency with pricing & service and removed off spartan merchants"

"I paid 160. For some braids in 2 days the braids my edges was pull out from the braids. They was so tight. I call them. They said take them out . We can do something else for the Inconvenience but wanted to charge me another 100. These people are sick and money hungry. I will never come here again."

"Anne always hooks my hair up but any of the other women that help her do my hair know what there doing as well. I've been coming here since August 2016 prices not bad and don't have to bring the hair."
