"My stylist was very friendly and professional, gave me the trim I needed. Good experience. Although... there were people waiting for cuts and a young stylist was just sitting at her station playing on her phone. That was definitely not professional or good customer service. All the other stylists greeted people when they came thru the door, but this young lady kept her nose in her phone and ignored customers. My trim was great by my stylist, but sad to see everyone else working hard while this person sat doing nothing, and she arrived for her shift but sat, doing nothing."

"I've been going to this location for awhile now, and the ladies always do a marvelous job on my hair. But I want to write a long overdue review on Dee Dee... she did an outstanding and amazing job on my latest hairdo and I still get compliments today (about 4 weeks after the fact)... I decided to go short and punky with a mohawk style and let her do what she wanted with the color as my last hurrah before starting chemo. My lord... she nailed it. I posted some pictures of when she did it (then and now). I had to buzz the sides cause it was growing out.... the color is still going strong and everyone LOVES my funky hairdo.
