"Come at your own risk! We DIRTY! DONT CLEAN TOOLS! Rude and probably not licensed. I’m a licensed cosmetologist from out of state.I’m so confused at the good reviews! . I brought my sister here for her birthday and it was horrible. We left without getting a pedicure. The place was janky as soon as I walked in. It looked dingy but we were pressed for time. The staff was rude. We waited over 20 min in the bowl For our pedicure. The water was too hot I told them and they ignored us. When it was time for our pedicure she got up from her last client rinsed off the utensils and wiped them with a DIRTY towel and tried to begin my sisters pedicure. I stopped her and asked her to use sterile tools and she pretended to clean them with a dirty worn brush. I just got up and left. I’m licensed in md and Va and I have a salon myself. They don’t follow infection protocol at all. Never saw one person wash their hands. When I told the owner she denied being the owner and argued with me That they have a lot of people and that’s how they do it. Never again!"
