"Had a terrible experience, wanted a blunt shoulder length haircut with only face framing layers no other layering just one length at the ends. Seems pretty straight forward but she gave me closer to a bob length with LOTS of super short choppy layers, and short bangs that can’t go behind my ear. Not at all what I asked for but it was too late. I immediately got home and cried. I thought I would try to save some money here but completely regret my decision and don’t recommend this great clips."

"Always an issue recently at this location I used to love. Whether it’s the employees openly and loudly complaining to each other about management or recently a gentleman arguing with me about how many people I checked in online when the screen clearly had one for me and one “w/ ” for my son, btw - zero customers in the store and 3 stylist on shift. Won’t be returning to this location for a while."
