"Let me start by saying I can tell this is a nice place with a lot of regulars but I selected a new nail tech based on a review here. Unfortunately she complained a lot during the service, cursed, blamed me for messing up my nails she had to fix (I would’ve told her if I had done it), got polish on my shoes, and made two phone calls. I tried to speak to the manager when I was leaving but I didn’t see him in the shop which is why I’m leaving this review so he’s aware."

"I wish I could give my experience 0/5, stars. I had an appointment for 2:30pm with Ivy, and when I came in I waited for what I thought was her concluding a service with a previous customer to my surprise that was not the case. Not only did she allow someone to STEAL my appointment but she also overbooked and had another client saying their appointment was at 3:15pm. They offered NO discount outside of standard, which for me would have been 15% since it was my birthday. The man said they take 10% for birthday and the other 5% is for those who pay in cash. I felt VERY UNDERVAULED AND UNAPPRECIATED as a client who had gone to that salon for years and even recommended it to others. I should have got a MUCH HIGHER discount or honestly even free service for the GROSSSSS INCONVENIENCE, and should've walked out the salon, but instead I paid for the service and tipped the other tech who did my nails. VERYY disappointing and heart breaking experience, won't be coming back anytime soon. Also my nails which I got gel polish already started lifting and it has barely been a week, thumbs down overall :( !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I just got the worst pedicure. The lady immediately started drilling my bare toenails, no foot soak or anything. You barely buffed and filed all my toes. She rushed, she massaged between two of my toes for 5 minutes each. I didn’t feel a thing. Bad shaping, nails are uneven….and it cost me $55…. Why am I leaving with ashy feet? These pics were taken right at my car AFTER getting a “pedicure” here. Meanwhile, the woman barely spoke two words to me. I don’t care if there is a language barrier, can we ask how each other is doing at least? I used to come here with my friends a while back, but the service and quality has definitely changed for the worse."
