I messaged, If she took the time to ask, I've been getting my lashes done for over a year at Vogue Lashes & Spa in VA Bch, (which by the way are fantastic). I live in NC. Since I had another appt in Hampton, I figured I'll try Smash Lashes out to save me time from traveling to VA Bch. I scheduled an appointment with Smash Lashes, I'll never do that again. They must use cheap glue OR there's an hygiene problem. I've NEVER had ANY eye issues, while going to VOGUE LASHES."

"Poor customer service does not begin to cover my experience. This is my personal experience. My eyes are watering, they hurt to blink, hurt to touch. Upon further examination, I realized the lashes are glued to my eyelids. When I close my eyes, the lashes pull on my skin. I could not sleep because my eyes hurt to close from the pulling. When I called to discuss the situation, I got horrible attitude and a complete lack of empathy. She insisted it was an an allergic reaction. I can feel the glue on my lids. Instead of discussing what can be done to fix this situation, she instantly went on the defense. I reassured her I'm just trying to figure what can be done, but the lack of empathy and defensiveness persisted. She offered to have me come in for a removal but would charge me. Charge me to fix her error?! This was my first experience with lash extensions and I know if I ever do it again, it will not be with her. My sister had a different technician and lashes are great. My sister saw Gee. If you want to go there, book with Gee. Horrible experience. It truly depends on your technician."
