"Veronica broke my hair off. How is she a licensed colorist? She seemed to be slow. My roots were black & my length was medium brown. I wanted a blonde money piece at my front hair line to contrast with my pre-lightened brown length & 2 inch black roots. She applied peroxide to the whole length of my hair without regard to the 2 separate color tones I already had. She started bleaching it altogether instead of using peroxide at the already black portion of my hair first to see how light it would develop & then lighten & tone the already brown length to match. She had me in the sink for 2 hours & kept reapplying more peroxide! My scalp was burning! 6-12 inches of my front length broke off! She was absolutely nonchalant about it. Veronica is bald headed herself & wears wigs, so she doesn't respect the integrity of anyone's hair! She had the nerve to side part my hair to try to hide what she broke off & when I got home to do my regular middle part I saw how much my hair along my front perimeter had broken off! Terrible colorist! When I came back to the salon the next day for a refund, Lauren said she had to call the salon manager. Why wasn't a manager there on duty or an assistant manager? She put me on the phone with a Antoinique or something or Yvette, who knows & she said she was in a meeting & would call me back by 8. Of course she didn't. Lauren called me later that night & said the manager would call me by 10 am the next morning, of course she didn't. So I drove to the salon on my lunch break the next morning & demanded my refund! The manager was finishing up a customer's hair & had the nerve to tell me to have a seat like I was a kid. I just kept on standing there at the counter looking at her until she finished up with the woman in her chair. When she finished she said another lie that she was in another meeting & that's why she hadn't called me at 10, but it was 12:30pm and it looked like the woman in her chair had been there a while. The manager didn't even try to examine my hair! The so called manager got on the phone with her district manager supposedly to see if she could refund my credit card. She said she submitted the refund, but wouldn't give me a receipt. I actually had to ask her to print my receipt! Don't go to this place! This place has grumpy, slow, jealous, bald headed, kitchen beauticians that will take your long pretty hair out. Luckily my hair actually grows unlike toupee wearing Veronica. Sorry kitchen beauticians, but my hair will actually grow back in a few months, unlike the Lifetime movie bald series your going to have to watch the rest of your life!"

"I walked in here with my son the day before he was set to start school and it was about 430 or later. We were scheduled to get his hair cut by the lady who cuts my hair on the regular.she had something come up and couldn't get to us that evening. His mama was in panic mode. He was looking rough.but hey it had been summer .btw my son is very particular about who cuts his hair. So she got him in the chair and had a conversation with my boy that had all the ladies in the laughing. She did a great job. I recommend this hair Cuttery highly."
