"Made appointment for wash and set special that was advertised online and Margaret tried to charge $55.00 this is ridiculous tri -state or even Chicago has more reasonable prices and at least they dont burn your hair and scalp. She don't have to worry about me ever going there again."

"Service provided was good. I waited for over a hour for just a blow dry and straighten, no wash. Horrible waite time. No I have the right salon. I was serviced by the lady with the blonde hair lighter skin, that also does makeup and her makeup station is right behind her hair station. It was another stylist there with long burgandy hair darker skin."

"Very welcoming once we arrived but soon saw she was either overbooked or took too many walk-ins when she was the only stylist there. Prices were too expensive. One daughter sat under dryer for two hours when appointment was 0930 for a wash, deep conditioning and blowout. The lady that did my other daughters highlights was very rough, burnt her ear but did a nice job on her highlights."
