"BAIT AND SWITCH…………Tracy was a darling, but this was a small barber shop environment. My daughter and I got a wash, a cut, a blowout ( not a style) and a I had 12 fairy pieces. I was in a wheelchair due to my ankle fracture and seizures. We went to check out and was charged $200!!!!!!! In New York, I could possibly see but a tiny shop in an off the beaten path shop, outrageous!!! They do not post prices, you are left with a huge surprise at the end. We could have gone to the Hair Cuttery and saved a great deal of money. Tracy’s personality and talent still cannot make up for this pocket emptying shock!! They will quote you $35 for a haircut when we called the next day but when he (manager?) realized who we were, kept trying to justify our experience. If you can’t afford New York prices………DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!!"
