"Binta, the owner, did a wonderful job on my box braids. Love that I wasn't in the shop all day. (4 1/2 hrs) She was quick and the price, with hair provided, was great!! Thanks!"
"I came into the shop as a walk in and was given immediate assistance on today. Mary asked what I wanted, asked for a picture, and helped me coordinate a weave color to match my hair color. I came in around 920a and left around 11am. She was constantly braiding my hair, used the perfect amount of jam, very neat parts, very neat braids, her braids are secure but not too tight,& was done within a timely manner. I asked for six stitch/feed-in braids and she delivered effortless. They’ve gained a new customer and I’ll definitely be coming back. This was a pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend to others."
"This my 3rd time getting my hair done here! They are fast , supply the hair, and i am very satisfied each and everytime . I would def recommend them to anyone needing to get there hair done."
"Ohh what a wonderful experience. I love my braids. All thanks to those beautiful professionals, I look better than when I first walked in. Thank you ❣️."
"This is going to be a lengthy one but here goes. First let me start by saying my hair looks absolutely amazing. My twist are very neat and clean BUT, it was the professionalism for me. My appointment was for 9:30am. I arrived at the salon at 9:25. My stylist CeCe was running late. I understand that things happen, so I asked Binta should I reschedule because I had to work and I needed to be gone by 3pm. Binta assured me that I did not need to reschedule because CeCe is almost there also she is a very fast braider and she would definitely be done by 3pm. CeCe did not arrive until 10:30. That was very upsetting because this was my first time at the salon and her being a hour late was just a very bad impression. When she got there it took her a while to set up. She finally started my hair at 11am. 1hr and 30mins after my original appointment time. Around 1:30 I realized she wasn't getting very far so I asked her was she going to finish. She told me No and I should have made an earlier appointment as if she wasn't the one 1hr late. At this point I'm upset because I felt like Binta lied just for the sale because I asked prior to her starting my service would she be finished. I told them that I would just have to return another day to finish. Binta suggested me being late for work or just taking the day off. I assured her that wouldn't be an option. Especially being as though they were charging me $260. She then let me know that they only do appointments on Sunday so I'd have to come back Monday morning at 9am to finish. That was another issue because, now I have to walk around all weekend with not even half of my hair done. As I was leaving I gave Cece $100 for the amount of service she completed. Binta was upset and insisted I give her more. I told her no because my hair wasn't finished and she will receive full payment when she is complete. I return on Monday at 9am. Again Cece is late. She arrived at 9:45. When she finished she dipped my hair too much in the back, burning my scalp for one, and also getting my real hair wet which made it stick out of the twist. She apologized for her tardiness for the very first day. She let me know that she wasn't aware that she had an appointment at 9:30. She worked very late the night before and was told to come in at 10:30. She also informed me that Binta was aware of this and knew that she was tired so she didn't even call her to let her know I was there I 9:30 Saturday morning. This is not to bash their business because the do very great work. I love my hair. This is just to tell about my personal experience. They just need to be more professional and considerate of people time. I will be posted pictures so you can see exactly what Im talking about and also how good the finally look came out."
