"After having an awful hair mishap, I did what any girl would do and immediately went to Sally’s. I was immediately greeted and the GM helped me herself. She was very honest and sympathetic to me and let me know what I could and couldn’t do with my hair without more damage. In the end, my hair was fixed. Highly Recommend this location."

"Terrible customer service from the manager. Returned 4 products. Then tried to purchase products with my coupon... was refused service & told it was their "policy" to not allow people to return items & then use a coupoun. Two completely separate transactions, which is why the logic makes no sense. In the end I had to have a friend come in the store to purchase the items for me with my coupoun since I refused service to be able to purchase the items. Only to find out the items I needed were on sale (2 days prior) at the previous store I bought the products from and this store would not honor the buy 2 get one free promotion that was on my receipt. In the end I decided to only do the return & not purchase any items from this store & will be contacting corporate about the poor service."
