"I came in for a fill and all the nails are uneven, the color was only put on once, it definitely needed a second coat, while my nails were getting filed it started to burn for some reason. When I arrived i switch chairs three times to three different people. This was an awkard and uncomfortable experience and I most likely wont be back."

"Making people cuticles bleed without offering a discount or a free service is not what I called good customer service. The same tech made a young lady walked out because she is too aggressive on the most sensitive part of nails. I won't be going back, although I really do like this establishment. I wish I knew her name but I do remember her face."

"Had an absolutely horrid experience here this afternoon with the owner/manager… paid for my sister to get her toes done on the anniversary of our mothers death today and showed up to pick her up after she had already paid and talked to the owner about the horrible paint job she received and was told “come back tomorrow.” Manager was with a client and never even so much as looked at my sisters toes to see the polish all over the underneath of her feet and all over the sides of her toes, the toes with see through polish, or the chunkiness of the polish in certain places. I went inside to speak to her about the situation and was told “I know, I told her to come back tomorrow” so we left since she had 0 concern for how her employees are doing nails, our complaints, or how her clients leave looking and I have tried to call numerous time and every last one of our calls have been ignored except the first one where they answered and we asked to speak to the manager and we’re hung up on…I have never seen a business handle issues like this… immensely unprofessional, will never be back and turns out one of my coworkers got a bacterial infection from them and they also stopped taking her calls! wish I would’ve known that! And after almost 20 minutes of sitting under the drier and another 30 minute drive to our destination her toes are still wet.. insane."

"My daughter and I went in on Friday before new year’s to get our nails done. She got a full set of acrylics and I got a gel manicure. My daughter’s nails were terrible. She does a better job with her nails than they did. Not only were the nails applied incorrectly, there was a large glob of acrylic behind one of the nails. This was a gift for her 18th birthday and she was very disappointed! I got a gel manicure which looked fine when I left but three days later it’s chipping and peeling. I paid way too much for such poor results. We will not be returning."
