"Monroe!! Monroe cut and colored my hair. She took her time, did a fantastic job on the color, really respecting and even celebrating my existing gray streak. I was super happy with that but then today… today i styled it for the first time myself since leaving the salon. Let me tell you! This is the FIRST haircut i have had where i can make it look just as good at home as it did at the salon. Monroe has talent and skills! I’m so happy!!"

"There was a miscommunication between the stylist (Monroe) and myself when setting appointment for my daughter and what was to be done to her hair. No biggie. It happens. What doesn't typically happen is the owner of a salon calling you personally to offer a solution to fix the issue which is what happened here. Thank you again Erin for acting quickly and going out of your way to call and provide excellent customer service. You promptly fixed the issue and I appreciate you. Also, to the stylist Morgan, thank you as well. What happened wasn't on you and as previously stated it was a simple miscommunication. I'll continue to refer customers and I myself will be a repeat customer."

"My daughter had an appointment for a blow out and pink highlights at 9am. She wasn’t done until 2pm and had 2 highlights one on each side of her face and was charged 405.00!! Something isn’t right! They take their time and charge the customer for it. Could have gone elsewhere with better faster service for half the price, had I known they would take this long and charge this much for 2 highlights and a blow out! Just like the other reviews said, they charge master stylist prices for entry level stylists! Definitely not a $405 dollar job. The stylist, named Monroe, also kept saying how the girl up front put our appointment down for highlights instead of pink highlights, so she told us it would take longer to do the pink but all she did was 2 highlights one on each side of her face and a blowout and made that take from 9am until 2pm. It’s like she took her time that way she could charge more and have us pay for them making the appointment wrong! I didn’t want to upset my 12 year old daughter or make her feel bad so I kindly paid and left but was furious inside! I really want to post on social media!"

"My daughter has raved about this salon for a long time and convinced me to get an appointment with her for our girls day together. I hadn't had my hair cut for over 3 years. Megan was fantastic! I showed her a couple pictures of the styles I was considering and after evaluating my hair type, she recommended which would work best for me. Megan washed, cut, dried and styled my hair beautifully for a very reasonable $65. I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the salon and staff. My daughter's hair was also done to perfection by Lexi, including color & highlights. I would highly recommend this salon and intend to return regularly."
