"I had gone to the location in Mechanicsville for hair dye without knowing they had closed. I was super stressed worrying where the next Sally beauty was and if they'd have what I'd need. I came to this location and the ladies there were so kind and helpful. The store also was stocked really well! I use IroIro hair dye and usually am limited to colors due to stock, but this location had all of the colors plus a couple of each. When I checked out, they even checked to see if I had any redeemable coupons So glad I have a close location with such great customer service and inventory!"

"I have been in the hair care business for 46 years I used to shop the stores when they were called Milo. I need it some Terry cloth towels from a shampoo bowl I wanted to buy several dozen they had a 9 pack in the store one 9 pack of white towels in the store . So I picked a few items and went to the check out and I was told Sally's was going green. I would have to pay 15 cents for a bag. I reject the idea of man made global warming this nothing but a political movement I will not be shopping at Sally's anymore"
