"On 7/22/23, the nail tech who did my nails used an electric sander to remove my cuticles and shape my nails (I had no polish on and just went in for a simple manicure, no polish). I thought it was strange that he used an electric sander but I didn't say anything, thinking he knew what he was doing. I thought I was in good hands. However, he sanded my nails down and made them almost paper thin. My nails are short, so I didn't notice how bad it was until they started to grow. The nails just kept splitting and breaking and there is a big ridge in my nail that shows the old thin nail and the new thicker nail growth. I tried calling several times and asked to speak with the manger/owner but they kept telling me she was not there. I was in the area today, so I went to speak to her in person just to let her know what had happened so it wouldn't happen to another customer. I was told the manager was there but it would be 15 minutes until she was available. I told them that was fine and that I'd come back in 15 minutes. I went to my car and to a shop next door and came back in 15 minutes. I was then told that the manager had to leave for an emergency. If that's true, that's very coincidental. I'm not sure what to believe here. How unfortunate. I never would have left this review if I could have spoken to her. I just wanted to let her know so she could correct her employee's methods of giving a simple manicure and removing the cuticle the correct way. I hope they at least read this review and learn from it. It's disappointing the owner hasn't replied here."

"I normally book ahead, but I walked in last week (last-minute decision) . They were able to take care of me pretty quickly. They did a great job on my pedicure (love the hot towels) and manicure (full set pink/white). Everything about 1.5 hrs $120"

"The owner greeted me had me sign in Jack who did my nails understood the assignment, I wanted a natural look on my nails . Settled for an acrylic overlay $55 which is the normal anywhere now days. I was offered a refreshment also , first time here and will be returning UPDATE I went back for a fill in I wait a complete HOUR weekends are walk in only no appointments I almost left several times BUT I’m glad I waited I will return but next time make appointment with VINCENT !!! he did my fill and my shape is soooo perfect I was worried at first because he didn’t talk much while doing my nails he was real quiet unfortunately but he did such a good job so him and jack are good so far my polish did chip on day 5 after my fill so I may go this weekend and have a color change or something but still going there next time !!"
