"I highly recommend Birch Salon! I’m new to Richmond and was nervous about finding a new salon, especially since it had been almost 2 years since I’d gotten a haircut (I know, that’s on me). I found them based on the good reviews and tried to book an appointment ASAP, but was told they had no availability for the next month or so. They put me on a cancellation list, though, and called back within a few days to book me that Saturday with Delia. I wanted a big change but wasn’t sure exactly how to accomplish that, and Delia was so patient and understood what I was going for! She did an amazing job and made sure I liked my hair every step of the way. I’ve gotten so many compliments already, and it’s been less than a day! The vibe of the salon is so calming as well, and all the staff are friendly. 100% would return and recommend!"
