"I have had many encounters at this location. The location is clean. The aesthetic’s are beautiful and the nail techs are wonderful. The owner knows exactly who you are when you walk in if you have been there before unfortunately the last few times I was there for a pedicure service I was not too pleased with the outcome. I got the gel polish on my toes and a pedicure the time before last a nail polish was beyond clumpy. Thank God it was a few weeks before sandal season, well this last pedicure, I decided to get white nail polish well when your toes are swollen, because the nail tech was just beyond rough and made my big toe bleed then the nail polish just look like clumps and lumps and bumps, after applying the white gel nail polish. It just ended up looking beyond thick and crooked, and then I had to go home and care for the wound that was left on my big toe. I just wanted the whole experience to be over. I did initially tell her to take the nail polish off, and as she started to, she did see exactly the lumps bumps that I was speaking about, she started to blame it on my toe and I did tell her I did not come in with lumps and bumps on my toes and that it was the nail polish and how she applied for nail polish. She realized what I was saying was true, and was soon to correct her mistake , even though my toe was on fire after she digs so hard that she cut me. This is a week later the nail polish, of course is still in perfect after her trying to fix it and believe me, it’s not because I have crooked toes or the nail beds are crooked , I have pretty perfect toes. It is because my bleeding toe made her lose concentration and the whole experience was just an epic fail."
