"I checked in online. It was my regular stylist of over a decades day off, so I decided to go and wait anyways. 43 minute wait upon app sign in. As soon as I arrived the "manager" cut her eyes at me, I knew something was up. I tip VERY Well! ( I was next in the que)The 1st empty stylist took her lunch, the 2nd sat me down. I told her what I needed done, a simple bob, she told me she didnt have experience and I needed to wait. 30 minutes later, the manager put a walk in ahead of me! I watched him walk in, ask for another stylist and was told she was at another site. He said he would take a beard trim if she could squeeze him in. The manager said "oh, she will take him next!" I waited another 20 minutes. The manager called the board trim guy up next!! I called her out on it and then I walked out. WASTE OF TIME! I visited a different Great Clips and am moving my business to them!"

"My time is profit driven. Checked in online as waited time was only 11 minutes. As I drove the 5 minutes to the location, I slowly watched my wait time go down. Until it suddenly jumped UP. When I arrived to the location, I discovered a walk in had taken my reservation and that's why MY booking got pushed. The actual hair cut was an absolute FAIL as a HUGE CHUNK of the side of my head, over my ears, was just absolutely BUTCHERED and left me with a GAP in my hair from the 'accidental' slip of the electric clippers. I strongly advise booking a cut with a company that cares about its customers, NOT Great Clips who obviously dont."

"Wonderful lady styled my hair and kept me talking, but when I looked in the mirror I’m shocked I could hide my horror. Do not get your hair styled here. I’m out $45 dollars plus tip and I’m currently trying to brush this awful style out. Was too in shock to even think about a refund."
