"Amber-Lynn (sorry if I am misspelling the name) and a couple of other ladies at Great Clips in the Shops at Bellegrade did a fantastic job with my daughter's hair emergency! My daughter had a big matted/knotted area and was crying when entering the salon, but they hugged her, took care of her hair and she was all smiles when it was done! Amber-Lynn and her coworkers are not just fantastic at what they are doing but also super kind & lovely human beings! I am so thankful for their help! I highly recommend them!"
"The first time I went here, the haircut was ok and the stylist had a lot of hair advice that I had never heard before and I am now following so I’m grateful for that. The second time I went, I made an appointment online with a wait time of 30 minutes. After waiting 1+hrs I gave up and left. Only two hairdressers were were working. Going to give another location a shot to see if any different. Struggling to find a good haircut in Richmond area!"
