"I walked into get haircut and was told wait is 1 1/2 hours... ok no problem I will go next door and eat some wings. I filled out machine and was told I would get text when chair was available. 1 1/2 hrs I walked back in and was told 30 minutes I would get a text. 30 minutes later I get text saying my appointment is canceled. What the hell? Is this normal business practices?"
