"If I could give Zero stars I would. Simply because I am new to the area and scheduled an appointment with Brandon Bonner to try his barbershop for my son. Two days prior to his appointment Mr. Bonner decided it was okay to go ahead and process his payment through the booking app “TheCut”. We didn’t have any kind of consultation or conversation, I was awaiting until the appointment, until I seen the charge still a day prior before the scheduled appointment, when I called I spoke to a woman in the suites who said they would pass my number along to him to ensure he would call back, to resolve the matter. After I didn’t receive a call that day I cancelled later that day. I messaged on the booking application never received any response and still have received a return for the charge. Again no services were ever rendered, I was charged for no reason and now still no response. This is absolute nonsense and poor customer service. As a single mother this is ludicrous, like we just have money to give away. Never again and I’ll let everyone know."
