"My dermaplaning experience was poor. The owner wasn’t able to make the eyebrows shape consistent. When I raised this issue, she said my face isn’t symmetric. I asked her to fill in one side more. Due to this step, I was fit in around other incoming clients. A lot of time was wasted due to the inconsistent shape issue. She/the owner wasn’t pleasant and the room was more like an unfinished home than a clean, procedure room (wind coming through windows, unfinished trim work, etc). I wasn’t looking for a deal but someone to use their expertise. She seemed frustrated by having to do a great job. Needless to say, plenty of pain, blood during the experience. Maybe this is normal but it added to the poor service."

"I had most horrible experience of my life at this place. Hasti is the owner of this business but she's extremely unprofessional and rude. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!!!!!!My eyebrows what a joke they look purple and green. She has no idea what she's supposed to do with your brows.I asked her to fix and she want me to come back and pay her again $420. I cried all night looking at them. I wish never used her service"

"This is based purely on the service provided and not on my interaction with the staff. I went to get my eyebrows tinted after seeing great reviews and photo. I was told early on that the tinting doesn’t last long with people who have oily skin. The brows looked great when I got them done yesterday. This morning when I woke up, half the tint had already faded. While it is a good idea in theory, price wise it doesn’t make since for me (or people with oily skin) if it is going to fade the next day. I had to pencil my eyebrows in this morning."

"To anyone who is hesitating about the procedure, just like I was, go for it without any second thoughts as long as your master is as brilliant as Hasti. Was super impressed by her precision and accuracy when it came to shaping the eyebrows and choosing the right color for the look. Hasti did a wonderful job making sure the process was as painless as possible. She also involved me with each step, letting me approve of color, shape and placement before starting the procedure.
