"I am disappointed yet for the second time. First time was with braids where my longtime booked appointment was postponed abruptly, wasting my time and ruining my plans for my son’s birthday. I had agreed on a price, I get to the saloon I have my hair combed out, an apron on my shoulders, then I am told to go buy my own extensions. Seriously! You could have told me the discounted price was for me to go buy my own extensions . So really no discount just a waste of time and embarrassment. I did the braids as I didn’t have time to go elsewhere. I let it go. So I book another appointment online, the system allows wash and dry options only. Senait is then aggressive with my tender head scrubbing so rough and not taking time to detangle but literally pulling and yanking out my hair with a brush. When I asked her about it I was rudely told that I took too long with braids and that I didn’t condition my hair. I told her that is why I was there I had gone there to have my hair taken care of. I pointed out the website doesn’t provide an option to choose conditioning hair. I also told her I needed flat ironing , She then put these rollers that take forever for the hair to dry instead of simply blow drying my hair to save on time. A simple process of washing, conditioning and flat ironing took me from 1.30pm to 4.30pm. 3 hours. Did I also mention the 2 skimpy towels, one that could barely dry my hair and the other that left my top soaking wet. She had cleaner ones on the side that she was folding, I guess those weren’t meant for me. I noticed she didn’t have a Client immediately after so she didn’t mind me staying longer in the drier. I Wasted my whole afternoon. I appreciated your services before, the proximity of the saloon and the setup. but you have become rude, condescending and no real care for natural hair."

"I have been looking for a hair salon in Arlington for a long time and I’m so happy I found Seni Hair Salon. I visited the salon today for the first time and I left very happy. Seni did my wash, blow dry, trim and curl and it was perfect. I needed a good trim and she did such a great job. Seni was friendly and professional and gave good recommendations for my hair. Booking my appointment was super easy. Parking was available and I was able to pay via card. I’m returning in two weeks for my next appointment."

"I've been going to this salon since April 2019 and Lina has been my hair stylist. I love coming to this salon. It's super clean, they are all so professional, and so kind. I absolutely adore my stylist, Lina. She does a great job with my hair. My sew-ins always look flawless. She gets me in and out of her chair and is always available. My hair underneath my weave is well taken care of, as do treatments, trim it regularly, somy hair is growing well. I couldn't recommend Lina and this salon more!"
