"Two stars for being willing to take me as a walk in when my original appt elsewhere canceled and for being extremely kind and pleasant - not to mention affordable. However, the cut I asked for was a piece of cake - NO top layers, just a shorter length on the underneath hair to give fullness. I even shower how I wear it every day. Instead, I got a feathered cut with top layers that will take me a year to grow out. So, delightful experience, but I'll be paying for it for hours each morning for the rest of the school year trying to style it - should have just stuck with my $100 lady :("
