"Went to get my eyebrows waxed at the Springfield location last night before an event. The lady was on the phone the entire time yelling while actively doing my eyebrows and was a little careless. She stuck the hot wax too low and it ended up getting all over my upper eyelid and when she pulled it off it HURT. Today I wake up and my eyelid is all swollen and very red. Please do not go here."
"Perfect Eyebrows doesn't have proper amenities. Short staffed. Full hands waxing doesn't cover waxing your fingers never heard of it or experienced it before.. had to cancel under arms waxing as comfort of the customer is not important - just another $30 in the collection for the day. Threading clients are more important. When not interested in providing service why to advertise."
"I have been always come Perfect Eyebrows in Tysons and Arlington. This is my first time coming to the location of Springfield. It did not disappoint, service was same quality aa the other locations. Lovely was the person who helped me. She was very quick, clean, very soft hands, listened to all my requests. Price range is same as the other locations USD $14. Defined coming to this location since is closer to me now. This location is right by the cinema."
