"Friend and I ubered from DC after hearing how great this salon was. Unfortunately, we were turned away at the door due to the stylist double booking our time with other customers. We reserved in advance and came plenty time early, but she kept suggesting that she can only cut one of us and not both. We had planned our entire day around this cut and we explained this to her. Her response / overall attitude was unapologetic and cold. I’ve been to many salons in LA and Chicago and I’ve never experienced this sort of treatment from a Korean hair salon in my life. Maybe we caught her at a bad time, maybe she favors her regulars. Who knows. But I will definitely not be coming back."
