"I want to like my hair so bad. I haven’t done it in a long time and the lady who did my hair ruin not only my hair but my experience that day that supposed to be relaxing for me and my sisters. First of all, I had a long hair and I asked to cut it short and layered. The lady took 2 mins to cut my hair ! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and didn’t even bother to look at it closely. She was rushing my hair because she was so greedy to take a lot of customers. She put on the color on my hair and rinsed it within 5 mins. And she even asked my sister and I to dry our own hair! Literally handed the hair dryer to us and told us to dry our own hair. Unbelievable. She curled my hair after to hide the bad job she did. She made sure the front looks “ok” but the back of my hair is messed up and the inside! I cannot believe I went to this salon. The guy who did my sister and moms hair did an excellent job tho! If you guys go here ask the guys to do your hair. Never go to the lady with the long hair!!!!!!!"
