"I had a terrible experience in this hair salon. When I called to book the appointment for my “Root Touch Up”, I was told, it would be $65. I wanted lighter shade of color, I mentioned it to the Hairstylist, again and again. I was confirmed that the color would be according to my choice, at the end after washing my hair, I was surprised to have total black hair. When I showed my dissatisfaction, then the “ Hairstylist “ took me to the sink again and without explaining me what was happening, put something on my wet hair and again washed my hair in about 6-10 minutes. Then she dried my hair but it started to feel very rough though it had little bit reddish color. When I went to pay. I was charged $100 only for the “Hair Color”. When I asked her why I was charged $35 extra even though I was told different rate when I called and checked the price, the hairstylist replied they have different rate from 2023 and she could not give me any good explanation why I was informed about the rate differently over phone. I can tell whatever was applied on my hair later, hastily it really damaged my hair. However I am not mentioning the Hairstylist’s name but I am really really really disappointed with the service of this hair salon."
