"My 7-year old daughter and I went in for haircuts. I asked to have her hair only cut 2”. The owner acknowledged and asked me to go to shampoo while he cut her hair (even though I preferred to stay with her). When I was done with shampoo, I walked back to see that he had cut maybe 8” of my daughter’s hair and given her a short bob. I was very upset but didn’t say anything. When we went to pay, they charged $250 ($125 EACH for a child’s haircut!??)"
