"I went to location to try it out and upon my arrival they were closing the store an hour earlier than advertised. The store associate was kind enough to let me in and buy hair anyway but I was rushed and didn't really have time to pick what I really wanted. Once I took the hair home and realized it wasn't what I wanted I decided to take it back 2 days later with my receipt. The store associate told me I could not exchange my hair all sales are final and that is on the bottom of my receipt. I did not see a sign posted anywhere inside but once again I was rushed to select my products during my first visit. Anyway the receipt did say all sales are final however, you will never know that prior to your purchase. Needless to say I won't be going back to that store and I sure will not recommend shopping there. Worst Experience Ever!!!"
