"My daughter and I went to get our nails done today. We both got a full set (I have one hand) I got a design on my ring finger and my daughter got a design on both of her ring fingers. Her nails have many imperfections some of them being uneven at the cuticle line lumps and the polish color that she said that she wanted is not what was used The one that was used shows all of the imperfections. The shape is off... Some being skinny at the bottom and wider at the top not matching the shape a nail should be. The lengths are uneven they charged me $60 for her nails and $40 for mine mind you I have one hand. The last two times I went there I paid a different price the first time I paid 20 and the second time I paid 25 If hers were 60 having two hands and a design on the ring finger why wouldn't mine have been 30? The girl who did mine did an amazing job I have zero complaints regarding mine other than the price but that wasn't the person who did my nails decision."

"I used to gush about Mango Nails. I told everyone to go. It’s clean, the staff are nice and friendly, and I was happy to support a new business. I went today, and it had been a while since I’d gone - I quit having my nails done (fingers and toes) because they’d become so brittle, but today felt like a good time to go for a pedicure. I was almost immediately was seated, which is great, but goodness, did I get a bad result. Two women worked on me - the first seemed like she was new, and didn’t do a very good job painting my toenails, and barely buffed off my dead skin, and trust me when I say there was a lot. Sure, it’s better than it was, but when I’ve gone here before, they’ve turned out as soft as a baby’s bottom. The other, a younger girl, didn’t seem to care when I said that my nails had been messed up. There was no way this had been something I’d done, as I hadn’t left the seat, and she’d helped me get my shoes on (which I’d thanked her for). When I expressed distress at my nails being messed up, there was no offer to get me back in a chair to fix them. Instead, I fixed one toe myself. I just noticed my other big toe was messed up (this is not the one I had to fix myself) and I’ve included a picture. The men at Mango do a great job, but that’s not what I got today. I don’t think I’ll be going back, either, unfortunately, and it’s a shame, bc it really is one of the cleanest salons in the area. Sydnee is really great, but I didn’t see her in there today - if you can get one of the men or Sydnee, you’ll be in good shape."
