"Went on 2/1/24 at around 2:20 pm. There’s an African American employee (didn’t catch her name but she was wearing makeup and had longish black hair) who needs an attitude check and should probably be retrained on how to treat and speak to customers based on her eye rolling, attitude, and other reviews I’ve read about her. Giving two stars instead of one since Hannah, who was checking us out, and the manager were nice and apologetic about her behavior, which is unfortunate since that probably means they are used to it."

"My new favorite location. Misha is the best! She had big smile, great attitude and went above and beyond to help me. Misha is very knowledgeable about beauty products and their ingredients too. She listened to my needs and made her recommendations accordingly. I am in love with the products I purchased based on her recommendations. I went back today to get buy more products, and again she made some fantastic recommendations. Misha is my new favorite person and I am so grateful for her. I love how my skin feels and looks. "I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with the assistance provided by Ana. Yesterday was my first time at Ulta Beauty, and I didn't know which products were right for my skin. Ana was so kind and patient to show me products and gave me a detailed explanation regarding the quality of the products. She also not only facilitated the enrollment process for the Beauty membership, but she also offered me a credit card. I have never been more happy with the support provided by an employee than I was yesterday. Ana demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and displayed a genuinely friendly attitude throughout the interaction."

Ana is one of my favorite sales associates she is very friendly and super knowledgeable about each of the beauty products and brand sold at the store. What I love about her is that she cares about each of the customers and she is very honest and amazing at providing with the best products and recommendations. I would definitely come back soon to shop for more make up and skin products. I enjoy going to this store as the has so much variety and it is alway stocked with fantastic products."

"This is the best Ulta by far. I met Miller two weeks ago when I had a recent cut and color. They helped me find the right product making me feel comfortable asking the millions I questions I had. I went back again today and was serendipitously greeted by Miller again! They have the best energy and customer service hospitality I've encountered by any Ulta representative ever. Thank you!"
