"I had walked by the sign for the spa multiple times and finally booked for a eyebrow wax, Brazilian and a vajacial (because why not?). Everything was great, they listed to my concerns and made recommendations but didn't try and pressure me to sign up or upgrade anything which was a major complaint at my old wax location.
