"Had two different people do my nails and the second person didn’t clarify what I wanted. Gave me the wrong shape and no top coat. I had to ask them to slow down as I was cut all to shreds with the file and drill. Not to mention these were $90? I don’t at all see how it came to this price."

"My daughter and I went in for acrylic fill-ins with gel polish and chrome finish. Our total was $133. I called back the next morning to ask rates for these services and they told me $45 each. I asked if the chrome was extra and she said everything was included in this rate. I told her what we were charged and she said we must have gotten designs. Nope!! Then she said it was extra for cutback and shaping. Ok people, when have you ever gotten a fill-in that didn’t include this?? And apparently they don’t understand how to properly use the chrome. It is just supposed to add a different type of shine. My daughter wanted black polish and ended up with purple nails. I asked for a red cherry polish with silver chrome. He used black polish with silver chrome and my nails are blue. SMH"

"Highly recommended! Stephen is phenomenal. Sculpting beautiful nails since 2007… his is a work of art!
