"I have been getting my hair cut by Samantha for the last 3 years since she was at the Abingdon location. I now take the 25 min drive to the Bristol tn location because she is that good. I don't know what the lady in the last comment is ranting about but some people are never satisfied. I've had my haircut butchered by others down here in the tri cities area since moving here and I'm forever grateful that I found someone that gets it right every time."

"Samantha did a horrible job! My son’s hair cut is very choppy and uneven. I had to ask several times for her to fix specific spots just to get to the point where it was left. She was not professional nor did she seem to care that I was not satisfied. It’s Sunday so I have to wait till tomorrow to take him to sports cuts which is what I should’ve done to begin with. Terrible service and terrible cut."

"The staff is nice and they did a good job on my cut, they even fixed a bad haircut I got before at a different Great Clips. The thing I didn't like is that the wait time in the app was way off. It told me it would be 15 minutes once I got to the salon but it was more like 45 or 50. I've been to this Great Clips multiple times and every time, it's an extremely long wait. I don't have the same problem when I go to other Great Clips. Overall I liked the haircut but they really need to do a better job estimating how long the wait will be so people aren't sitting around all afternoon waiting for a cut."
