Budget Insurance

"Friendly guy when you call looking to purchase insurance but once you have insurance with them, don’t expect any customer service. He gave me misinformation to get me to purchase auto insurance through Progressive and said my rate wouldn’t go up if we used the snapshot app but of course it went up at the next renewal. When I called and emailed Budget to question the information he provided at the beginning, I never received an answer and STILL have not received a call back after a month. Maybe he’ll notice I’m no longer a customer of his when he sees that my next renewal has already been setup with another agent."
