"There are some decisions you question and think, “Why on earth did I spend money and do that?!” Well, that’s not the case here. My wife and I signed up for the prix fixe Chef’s Table dinner by Gia’s new executive chef, and it was a night to remember. We were greeted at the door by their friendly manager who showed us to our table. This was our first time here and we loved the eclectic, industrial/modern feel to the place. And a bar that needs a ladder? Yes please. First course was a decadent shrimp and salmon app on top of a bed of spinach, topped with a crispy prosciutto. The flavors just went on and on… This course was accompanied by a Pinot Noir from Alsace. Perfect pairing. Next, we were brought an oozing Panko and spice crusted mozzarella which was bathed in the best homemade tomato sauce. Did I mention the garlic on top that just melted in your mouth? And the dry German Riesling was a great enhancer to the crisp and acidic flavors of the cheese and tomato sauce. The third course was honestly one of the best rack of lambs I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth tender and packed with flavor. The robust red from the Rhône Valley couldn’t have been any better. Dessert was a fried cheesecake that was exceptionally tasty, both from the crisp outside to the oozy inside (yes had to use a form of ooze twice in this write up since it was that good). The reverse White Russian packed a punch at the end as well. This isn’t your innocent baby little White Russian. This was a pack your bags and don’t look back type with some kick, just my style. It was too strong for my wife, so I had the luxury of drinking two of these beauties. Have to say, we will be coming back over and over for their regular menu. Thanks for a night to remember! Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5"
"These guys know what they are doing! Such a quaint novel and upscale experience. Cocktails classes with unique and creative spins on traditional drinks linked with themes are really great. Food is very good too. Pepperoni pizza board has got to be the greatest pepperoni I’ve ever eaten and I usually don’t do a lot of pepperoni pizza."
"This was our first time here and I must say, it will not be our last. Beautiful environment along with service and food that did not disappoint. If you’re wanting a couples night out on the town with a fresh taste European cuisine this is the place!!!"
"Nice lunch option in Greensboro with extensive menu and cocktail options. Enjoyed the Chicken Salad with vinaigrette, almonds and strawberries. Also tried a zero proof Negroni that was delicious for an NA option. They carry End of Days to, the distillery out of Wilmington NC."
"If you look at my other reviews you will see that this rating is highly unusual from me. I celebrated a birthday with a friend here and my experience across the board was fantastic. The only issue I had was fixed with salt. Hats off to Tiarra. Her service was friendly, attentive and informed. I hope our table’s tip reflected our appreciation adequately. When I have another opportunity I will return, bring others and request her as a server. This is everything a high end restaurant should be."
