The front office staff went above and beyond to get their info to the Mohs Surgeon she needed to see. Who now-a-days calls to resolve a document issue with surgeon office and actually calls you back with an update ? This office does. Highly recommend !! Their patients come first."

"I had my wisdom teeth as well as a tooth extracted by Dr Richardson a couple years ago. I woke up during the surgery feeling all of the pain of my teeth being extracted because the anesthesia was not properly monitored. I also had purple marks all around the roof of my mouth and gums because the suction was left on my gums for too long resulting in pain and bruising for weeks after the surgery. I remember the surgery and pain as I was awake for the majority of it with a cloth over my eyes preventing the doctors from checking that I was awake.This was a very traumatic experience and I would not recommend this practice to anyone."

"I have now been going to the Richmond Office on Grove Ave for almost a year. As someone who has struggled to overcome anxiety, stayed away from any dental care (for reasons that don't need to be explained in this review) for decades, I was so nervous to start the process of caring for my mouth in a meaningful way-in fact I almost ran out of the office. The support staff here are just amazing. They are compassionate, and kind-not to mention so patient with someone like me. I now look forward to coming in. They make me feel like I matter and have value (which is something that I have always struggled with myself). When I go for a routine cleaning they are very mindful of my pain, and it has gotten so much better because of the work that they have put into my health. I see Dr. White, and he is just like his staff. While I have some significant issues, he was so compassionate when explaining all of this to me. He seems to come into every appointment without any judgement. I am so grateful that my dental office recommended this practice to me! While they are not in network, Dr. White is mindful of my expenses and understands when I need to put something off to ensure that I don't go broke fixing my issues. Dr. White has done two extractions for me now, in addition to a lot of other procedures, and I really hope that if I need any further extractions that he will be the one to do them. I have never experienced something like that going so smoothly. I can't recommend them enough!!"

She has dental anxiety and he gave her time and talked her through the steps of the procedure. The front staff are friendly and the assistants do everything to make the procedure smooth from start to finish. I have been in a dental setting for over 15 years and impressed with the communication with Dr. Glazier and his team. The office manager came to check in at the end of the last surgery. I would recommend Dr. Glazier to any of my patients, friends, and family."
