"Very unreliable stay clear, once Roy Allison sells you the insurance you need the communication is gone. I’ve been hosed around for days on something that was there fault in the beginning now there no where around. And the insurance for the property isn’t covered. Many phone calls and texts nothing. Even the office girl after one phone call was answered by her, she wouldn’t answer again either to correct their problem. Very unprofessional!! Had to shop around for new coverage and found it for a third of the cost sure group was to charge me for the same exact coverage."
