"Had an appt here for 8/24 @2pm. When I booked it I wrote all the information down. A lady with a thick Spanish accent called me a day before and said 1:30pm. Which is confusing because they gave me 2pm and I already called transportation and everything. She was persistent with telling me I was wrong. My son loves his iPad and is always recording me, I found a video of me talking and they said clear as day 2pm. She could have at least asked if I wanted to reschedule since they booked it wrong, but no, she was adamant in telling me no. Sometimes it’s ok to help a patient with their issue, especially when they didn’t start the issue, and since I’m a new patient. 1 star for her. Don’t think I’ll book here again."

"I am extremely pleased with my experience at this dental office. The staff were very professional and very welcoming. I had two dental procedures done at this center. I can honestly say, up to my first visit I really didn't like going to the dentist due to awful dental experiences in the past. The treatments here at Eye St Dental Center were well done. I did not feel any pain or any discomfort throughout. Everything was done in a timely manner from the time of my appointment to the end of the procedures, which allowed me to return to work right after. This is by far the best dental office I've ever been to. I highly recommend this dental center to anyone. The doctors are well experienced and do an excellent job treating patients."

"My experience at Eye Street Dental was impressive! From the receptionists up front to the assistants and dentists; everyone was so welcoming and professional! Going to the Dentist is not always the most pleasant experience at least for me, but everyone at Eye Street Dental really made me feel at ease. During my visit I had a cleaning, a couple fillings and started the Invisalign process. They made sure to explain everything that was happening before it happened. They were quick, efficient and managed to make a sometimes painful process painless. Great service all around, will definitely be referring my friends and family here!"
