"I have always loved going here, love my dentist, used to love the front office staff until today. I called two weeks ago to schedule an appointment to be seen for the first time in over a year due to loss of insurance coverage. I was actually excited to finally be going back. I am very displeased to call this morning to confirm the appointment that I scheduled on that day for today at 3:45 only to be told I was not showing on their schedule. I was furious considering during my last visit I paid the $99 for the whiting kit for life that I now will never get again because I will not be going back, I can't get another appointment with them until March. I called another office and even though I will be a new patient I can get in as soon as tomorrow. I will miss Dr. Tucker though :("

"Took my daughter for her SCHEDULED appointment- (took off of work & kept her from school) only to walk in with receptionist comfortable, feet up in her chair… to be told because of being short staffed they couldn’t see her (while there was other people in the waiting room). No call no nothing but god forbid you miss an appointment they want to charge you and also say you can no longer be a patient! I will be looking for another dentist ASAP! The dentist here clearly does NOT have time for his patients and it’s messing with scheduling etc. The incompetence of this place is beyond ridiculous anymore!"
