"I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Rusty's came highly recommended to me and I see why. This man went above and beyond for me today and saved me potentially hundreds of dollars. The tow truck came within 10 minutes. After talking to me for a bit about what was wrong with my car and taking a look, he decided it was a relatively easy fix he could do himself rather than me getting upcharged for parts/labor at a mechanic and probably having to wait several days to get it back. So instead of towing me to the mechanic, he took it back to his shop and fixed it up himself. He charged me a very generous price for both the tow and the labor (even charging less than his original estimate in the end), and had the car back to me within hours!"

"I was in a real pickle last week when my van broke down in Culpeper during rush hour. Chris from Rusty's Towing saved the day! I needed to get back to Northern VA, my insurance did not cover towing or a rental and garages were closed. Chris towed my van, got an alternator from Advance Auto Supply, installed it and I was back on the road and home before 8p. Thank you is just not enough. What a blessing!"

"Driver operating rotator vehicle tailgating with high-beams on for better part of an hour (we were cruising around 63 in a the 55 on hwy 15 SB). Driver cut through a side street in small town and ran a stop sign to get in front of me before using the rear spotlights to flash me when I gave a courtesy flash from behind (thinking maybe they were unaware that they were now blinding the semi in front of them). Not how you’d expect a “professional driver” to behave let alone while operating a company vehicle."
