Julia Quezada, our social media Guru, is bilingual and fully licensed as a Property & Casualty Agent. She enjoys traveling, photography, video games, and attending music concerts in her free time.

"I want to give a hugh shout out to Wightman’s Insurance in Edinburg especially to Matt Helsley and his staff. On July 28th 2023 our business Foltz Store in Edinburg lost electricity for 30 hours, we were told it would be back on in 3-4 hours but wasn’t the case. Saturday morning we started cleaning out coolers, and refrigerators while taking inventory and pictures of it all. It being a Saturday I hated to call Matt but needed some guidance on how to handle the claim we would be filing. He went above and beyond helping me to get started with the process and later I found out he was actually on vacation. On Monday he called me to check and see if I had gotten an email from the main office with instructions on how to file the claim and I had. Helen from the main headquarters was also amazing to work with she walked me through the whole process and said if I had any questions she would be more than happy to help. I filled out the lengthy paperwork and took it in to Matt who then faxed it to the headquarters for me. Helen reviewed the documents and sent it in, assuring me a check would be sent to us in 5-7 days that turn around had been going quick. On day 6 we had our check, wow is all I could say. If we had to have something like this happen we are so glad we had Wightman’s (Erie Insurance) in our corner, thanks again Matt Helsley ❤️ Foltz Store ( The Spaur’s)"
