"This dental office is by far the best place I've came across in Roanoke, they are very respectful, very friendly and welcoming, the assistants and front desk are amazing the staff overall is great. would definitely recommend, Adrianna is the best she does great in dentures. Referring all my friends here :)"
"Horrible to say the best. Dentures was my only option I had because of a disease since birth. No manners at Reception desk at all, short and rude. Tried to call for a follow appointment for adjustment, yet to get anyone on the phone or even an email, working on months 2 now. SMH not my fault I'm sick and Medicaid is what I have for healthinsurance. They signed up for this job and knew what they was getting involved with but their attitudes say other wise. Sad."
"First of all, I would like to say the staff is phenomenal! Cary, you rock! She listens, and helps you get things done and answers questions. She is a pro when it comes to numbing. Kuddos! The dental assistants are very nice. As far as the extractions goes, I had 2 from the back taken out. Top & bottom. Molars, such as mine and 3rd molars(wisdom teeth) as another reviewer spoke of are the hardest teeth to extract. And the most uncomfortable because of their location and anatomy. They have more than one root compared to front teeth(inscisors) that have 1 root. Therefore are easier to take out. So you will feel alot of pressure when you have molars extracted. And because of their location, that's why he had his hand on your face; to be able to get the forceps in the right place. But as I've said, they are generally more painful because they have more than 1 root. I hope this is helpful for anyone who reads this. Overall, 5star service."
"Thankfully they numbed me up to the max when I got my wisdom teeth out, I wanted to see my teeth before they took them they said they were on the tray but they weren't. My four wisdom teeth were pulled in maybe 10 minutes. I tried calling back like three times to talk about after care but no one called me back. I recommend going here for teeth removal and let your doctor know that the person who removed your teeth doesn't really follow back up so you need information from your doctor. I called my doctor too and they said to follow up with the person who took my teeth out but yeah. I had to rely on Google for questions I had about my wisdom teeth post op."
