"I typically don't leave reviews, but this one left a lasting impression. Last night, I decided to try Greensboro's local beer scene and stopped by Joymongers, a charming spot. However, as I was leaving, I noticed "Neighbor," a cute little place nearby with a clear "ORDER HERE" sign at the window. Unfortunately, I experienced complete neglect from the two employees inside. Despite my attempts to get their attention, including tapping on the window and asking if I was in the right place to order, there was only silence. I contemplated voicing my concern for the lack of service but, after waiting for 5 minutes, I decided to leave. I felt too embarrassed to enter and speak to a manager, as I was unsure if one of the employees might be the manager or if I would receive the same treatment inside. I want to clarify that I am a 40-year-old, well-dressed black male, and while I'd like to believe my race had no impact on the service I received, I can't say for sure whether it did or didn't. What I do know is that with a name like "Neighbor," one would expect exceptional customer service to be their hallmark. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me."

"Really cool local spot and the newest fixture in downtown Greensboro. This is a cool concept with a really cool cocktail and drink list. It is owned by bartenders who are not new. This should be the next place you check out."

"So excited to have a laid-back, friendly place with tasty drinks and food located in a convenient place which is open late for service industry folks and the rest of us nightbirds. The interactions I’ve had with staff, every item I’ve ordered, and the vibe have been top-notch overall."
