"This afternoon at lunchtime I was given a friendly greeting by Liz at the Hotel Weyanoke front desk who directed me to the entrance into Effingham's to the right. From there LaShanna immediately offered a friendly greeting. I asked to sit at the bar and ordered a Classic Chicken Caesar salad with no croutons and iced tea with lemon. The vibrant salad greens came out beautifully, and the grilled chicken on top was so fresh it still had steam coming off of it! The Dijon Vinaigrette dressing option sounded delicious, so I requested it. It definitely tasted fresh and had just the right tang! Do you enjoy eating high quality fresh food cooked to order? I would definitely recommend trying Effingham's!"

"What a lovely new restaurant in Farmville! The renovations to this restaurant area and the rest of the Hotel Weyanoke are very nice. The food here is great, and it's always nice to have more non-chain restaurants to choose from. I tried three of the pizzas, and look forward to coming back and trying more. I also had the dessert calzone, which I would highly recommend!"
