Morrison Dental Group - Norge

"Dentist was fine but the Billing Group is the worst. We have gone there for almost 6 years now and NEVER have we gotten a correct bill and I have to spent hours straightening it all out. Once they told me that the insurance company declined my claim and so when I called the insurance company they said because they double billed them for the visit so they paid one and declined the other and so she was good enough to stay on the line while I got Morrison Dental billing on the phone so she could prove to her what happened, it has just gone downhill from there. Twice a year my husband and I went for cleaning and I spent hours on the phone to prove once again they had billing incorrect. Most of the time when I called they would say the invoice went sent out incorrectly and would resent out new invoice when they corrected or they would say it was sent out in error as they hadn't billed the insurance company yet. Now they say we owe $13.21 from 2021 and refuse to take my Husband as a patient!!!! Office manager doesn't care either so that says a lot too. I can see from other reviews lots of others have the same problem with billing issues. I would give lower rating but you can't."
