"The office staff is very pleasant and so is Stephanie, Dr. Burden’s assistant. However, Dr. Burden, who I thought was the right dentist for me, is making me suffer with tooth and jaw pain saying that I shouldn’t be in that much pain. I was scheduled for a root canal this Wednesday but had to cancel. The earliest day I’m available to go in is Friday. I contacted the office 3 times today asking for help but was told by the young lady on the phone that I was just going to have to suffer. The lack of help today has shown me that Dr. Burden is judging me and is acting like I’m just looking for medication. I wouldn’t have contacted them 3 times today if I wasn’t in pain. Totally disrespectful! I won’t be returning unless I can see one of the practices other providers, specifically Dr. Billue who immediately helped me a couple of weeks ago when this pain began."
